Quality of life of farmers participating in the Smart Farmers project Case Study : Farmers in Khon Kaen Province

Abstract

          The purpose of this study was to study the Smart Farmers project that affects the quality of life of farmers. Khon Kaen Province and compare the quality of life of farmers Khon Kaen Province Before and after joining the Smart Farmers program. The sample group used in the study was 347 farmers in Khon Kaen Province who participated in the Smart Farmers Project for the year 2021. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, value. Mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test Dependent. The results showed that Farmers had quality of life before participating in the Smart Farmers project. Overall, the quality was at a low level. When considering each aspect, it was found that physical aspects, social relationships environmental The quality is moderate. and mental quality is at a low level. And after participating in the Smart Farmers project, it was found that the overall quality was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the psychological aspect, the social relationship environmental The quality is at the highest level. and the body The quality is at a high level. And the quality of life of farmers in Khon Kaen Province after participating in the Smart Farmers project was significantly higher than before participating in the Smart Farmers project at 0.05.
