Organizational diagnosis through Kaizen concept

Abstract
This article aims to explore organizational diagnosis. This is to create mutual understanding among people in the organization to find the cause of symptoms or problems that the establishment is experiencing. Diagnosis focuses on finding the problem to the causal factors in all aspects. and analyze the priorities of the problem point out the strengths Disadvantages of the establishment to find organizational problems It operates in 5 areas: 1) Management 2) Marketing 3) Production 4) Finance/Accounting 5) Human Resources.
Case of the results of the study, it was found that When problems are found from the organization's diagnosis a suitable solution to the problem is the Kaizen line. by aiming to improve the way all employees participate. Personnel at all levels together, we seek new ways to improve our working methods by using the Checklist to check on the topic of policy management from the executives. To explore problems and design strategies to improve the quality control of work, personnel and labor topics, or organizations or establishments, with the Kaizen activities team. including goals and the preparation of a clear map where the Human resource department is responsible.
