Teachers’ Opinion on Student Affairs Management of Secondary School Affiliated in Vibhavadi Campus

Abstract

           The objectives of this survey research were (1) to study teachers’ opinion on student affairs management of secondary school affiliated in vibhavadi campus, and (2) to compare teacher’s opinions on student affairs management of Secondary School Affiliated in Vibhavadi Campus, classified by gender, educational qualifications and work experience. The sample of this research was 234 teachers in 5 schools in Secondary School Affiliated in Vibhavadi Campus. The instrument's reliability was validated by determining Cronbach's alpha coefficients to be 0.954. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for comparing means of two groups and one-way ANOVA (F-test) for comparing means of more than two groups. When there were statistically significant difference level of .05 were found, Scheffe's Post hoc Comparison was conducted.
          The results of this study indicated as follows:1. The problem state in student affairs administration on student affairs Management of Secondary School Affiliated in Vibhavadi Campus was low level in both of overall and individual aspects.2.The results of comparing teacher’s opinions about the problem state in student affairs administration of Secondary School Affiliated in Vibhavadi Campus were as follows:  2.1 The sample with different gender had indifferent opinion towards the problem state in student affairs administration both of overall and individual aspects. Except service work and students’ welfare were statistically significant difference level of .05 2.2 The sample with different educational qualification had indifferent opinion towards the problem state in student affairs administration both of overall and individual aspects.2.3 The sample with different work experience had different opinion towards the problem state in student affairs administration both of  overall and individual aspects.
