Academic Administration Factors to Science and Mathematics Enrichment Classroom of Secondary Schools in Sukhothai Province

Abstract

         The purpose of this research is to synthesize and confirm components of academic administration for Science and Mathematics Enrichment Classroom of secondary school in Sukhothai. This document was conducted in 2 steps: 1) the study related documents and research about the academic administration in Science and Mathematics enrichment classroom for 5 sources by selecting the components with a frequency of 50 % to synthesize the components of academic administration for Science and Mathematics Enrichment Classroom, 2) Confirmation components of academic administration for Science and Mathematics Enrichment Classroom of secondary school in Sukhothai by 5 experts and use a checklist assessment form to assess the suitability of the components. The results of the study revealed that academic administration for Science and Mathematics Enrichment Classroom of secondary school in Sukhothai consisted of 7 components (1) selection to enrichment classroom students’, (2) managing curriculums of the talents, (3) Recruitment of teachers for special classrooms (4) Organizing learning activities and students’ encouragement activities (5) Measurement and evaluation students' learning
(6) Using media and creating a learning atmosphere (7) Creating a system of cooperation in the management of special classrooms
