The Relationship between Academic Leadership of Teachers and the Quality of Teacher’s Learning Management under The Office of Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

          The purposes of this study were : 1) to investigate teacher’s instructional Leadership, 2) to examine the quality of teacher’s learning management and 3) to examine the relationship of teacher’s instructional Leadership and the quality of teacher’s learning management. This study was a survey research. A sample was selected from 260 teachers of 136 schools under Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 for academic year 2021. A sample was drawn from stratified sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire with Likert rating five scales. The collected data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.
          The results of the study were as follows : 1) teacher’s instructional leadership was as a much level. Considering each aspect ordered from the highest to the least: the greatest level of satisfaction was the creative thinking. The secondly were human relations. Lastly was the profession development. 2) The quality of teacher’s learning management was as a much level. Considering each aspect ordered from the highest to the least: the greatest level of satisfaction was the quality of students. Lastly was the administrative process and management. 3) The relationship of teacher’s instructional Leadership and the quality of teacher’s learning management was at high level. Considering each aspect found that teacher’s instructional leadership related with the quality of teacher’s learning management with statistical significance level of 0.1. Sort in descending order, there were morality, profession development, Academic ability, human relations and creative thinking.
