The relationship between digital leadership of school administrators and the use of Technology in learning management in schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

         This study aimed to study the relationship between digital leadership of school administrators and the use of technology in learning management in schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample included 306 teachers in schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2021. The sample was selected from Krejcie & Morgan's table and randomized by stratified random sampling. The instrument for data collection included a questionnaire. Mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used in data analysis.
          The results revealed that based on teachers' opinions, administrators' digital leadership under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that good role model was the highest mean, followed by technological skills while corporate culture was the lowest mean. The use of technology in learning management under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that teaching preparation was the highest mean, followed by development while the assessment was the lowest mean. The results revealed that based on teachers' opinions, administrators' digital leadership under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that good role model was the highest mean, followed by technological skills while corporate culture was the lowest mean. The use of technology in learning management under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that teaching preparation was the highest mean, followed by development while the assessment was the lowest mean. Additionally, the analysis results of the relationship between digital leadership of school administrators and the use of technology in learning management in schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 had overall Sig (2-tailed), equal to 0.000, which was less than .05. In other words, the relationship between digital leaders of the administrators overall was related to the use of technology in learning management under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 with a statistical significance of .05 and Pearson Correlation (r.) of 0.668*. There was a moderate relation in the same direction.
