The Performance of Duties of the Village Committee in Charoen Sin District Sakon Nakhon Province

Abstract

          The main objective of this research was to study the performance of the village committees in Charoen Sin District. Sakon Nakhon Province and to propose guidelines for the development of the performance of the village committee in Charoen Sin District Sakon Nakhon Province The sample group used in this research was the population of Charoen Sin District. Using the formula of Taro Yamane, 400 people were obtained. It is a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts: statistics used in data analysis. are descriptive statistics, i.e. number, percentage, mean, and standard deviation for the general data of the sample. Inferential statistics were T-test and F-test for comparing the performance of the village committee of Charoen Sin District. Sakon Nakhon Province classified by gender, age, educational level and occupation.
          The results showed that Performance of duties of village committees in Charoen Sin District Sakon Nakhon Province Overall, it was at a high level (= 3.76, S.D. = 0.41) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was the village development plan (= 3.98, S.D. = 0.63), followed by the social aspect. Environment and public health (= 3.95, S.D. = 0.72) and the aspect with the least mean was administrative (= 3.33, S.D. = 0.79). Sakon Nakhon Province Classified by sex, age, educational level and occupation, it was found that the village committees of Charoen Sin District with gender, age and education level Different people have different functions. As for the village committees of Charoen Sin District with different occupations The performance of duties was significantly different at the 0.05 level. Recommendations Guidelines for the village committee's duties include: should increase the contact channels for the people, for example, add a Facebook Line to contact in case of emergency 24 hours a day.
