The needs of community leaders in Mueang Nong Bua Lamphu District of Nong Bua Lamphu Province toward local development of Pitchayabundit College

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were 1) to study the needs of community leaders towards local development of Pitchayabundit College and  2) to compare the needs of  community  leaders towards  local development of Pitchayabundit College for 4 aspects as graduate production, research, academic service and preserving the arts and culture. The samples were 15 persons from the chives of sub-districts by purposive sampling, assistants, heads of villeges and  assistants for  234 persons by stratified sampling and simple random  sampling. The instruments for data collecting were questionnaires on the needs of community  leaders with the position of the chieves of  sub-districts, Assistants, heads of  villeges and  assistants towards   local development  of Pitchayabundit College as  graduate production, research, academic service and preserving  on arts  and  culture. The analysis of data included percentage mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis testing was F – test ( One – way  ANOVA ).
          The results showed that the overall performance operations of teachers/ caregivers in caring for and organizing learning and play experiences for early childhood development according to the standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center of the Child Development Center under the local government organization Phitsanulok Province was at a high level ( x̅= 4.17, S.D.= 0. 43). Highest average aspect of promoting the development of bodies at level of high levels ( x̅= 4.29, S.D.= 0.41). The aspect with the least mean was the aspect of promoting transitional children to adapt to the next stage of connectivity ( x̅= 4.00, S.D= 0.49) The operation was at a high level.
