Internal Supervisory Roles Administrators in Nuanchan School Cluster under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study and compare teachers' opinions on the role of internal supervision of school administrators. United School Nuanchan under the Bangkok secondary educational service, classified by educational level, work experience and the size of the educational institutes. The sample group used in this research was teachers in the United School Nuanchan, under the Bangkok secondary educational service in the academic year 2021, consisted of 217 people. It is a questionnaire about teacher's opinions towards the role of internal supervision of educational institution administrators. United School Nuanchan under the Bangkok secondary education service, the statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and Analysis of Variance (one-way ANOVA). The results of the research found that
1) Teacher's opinions towards the role of internal supervision of school administrators United School Nuanchan under the Bangkok secondary education service is at a high level. 2)The results of the comparison of teachers' opinions on the role of internal supervision of school administrators, United School Nuanchan under the Bangkok secondary education service, was found that teachers with educational levels, work experience and the size of educational institutions differed opinions on the role of internal supervision of educational institution administrators. The overall score of United School Nuanchan under the Bangkok secondary education service were not significantly.
