Promotion of Sustainable Community Occupational Development : A Case Study of Thapman Subdistrict, Taphanhin District, Phichit Province

Abstract

          The objectives of this research study were 1) to study the level of sustainable community vocational development promotion 2) to compare personal factors towards sustainable community vocational development promotion 3) to study the guidelines for promoting sustainable community vocational development. Sustainable community career development using integrated research methods during quantitative research The questionnaire was distributed among 365 people obtained from the Yamane formula. The data were analyzed using statistics: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and t-test, F-test and qualitative research. Based on in-depth interviews with 9 key informants. analyzed using analytical techniques by forming conclusions The results of the research were as follows: 1. Promoting sustainable community occupational development. A case study of Thap Man Subdistrict Taphan Hin District Phichit Province The overall picture was in a high level. Different opinions on the promotion of sustainable community occupational development. not every different Therefore, the hypothesis was rejected. 3. Approaches for promoting sustainable development of community occupations found that there were 4 approaches: 1) analyzing the project conditions to be appropriate with the people's way of life; Communicate to create knowledge and understanding in all matters. 3) Encourage target households to plan the production of goods/services. to meet market and consumer needs
