The Motivation for Teamwork of Teachers in Schools Affiliated with Bangkok Metropolis South Bangkok Area

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the teachers' teamwork motivation in schools affiliated with Bangkok Metropolis South Bangkok Area. These objectives of conducting research were classified into education degrees, academic standing and work experiences. The sample group was teachers affiliated with schools affiliated with Bangkok Metropolis South Bangkok Area, by simple random sampling, and comparative ratio. The sample sizes were determined with the formula of Cohen, Manion and Morrison. The total number of the group were 183 teachers. The instrument in the research was the questionnaire with 5 degrees of rating scales. The content validity overall is 0.98. Furthermore, the reliability values with the Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient were 0.978. The statistical methods used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, the standard deviation, t-test, and One-way analysis of variance. The results were discovered that 1) teacher’s opinions on the overall teamwork motivation were at the highest level. Sort the mean in descending order, i.e. the sides having the same goal. The aspect of being respected In terms of participation in work and interpersonal relations. 2) The teachers with different educational levels and work experiences were motivated to work in teams in schools affiliated with Bangkok. South Bangkok Area Overall and in every aspect, no differences were found. 3) The teachers with different academic standings had motivation to work as a team in schools affiliated with Bangkok. South Bangkok Area Overall and aspects of being respected statistically significantly different .05 As for interpersonal relationships. In terms of participation in work and in terms of having the same goals, no differences were found.
