Participation of Network Partners in Operation of Center for Assistance to Reintegration and Employment of Phitsanulok Women Correctional Institution

Abstract

          The objectives of this study were to study the: 1) level of the participation of the network partners in the operation of the Center for Assistance to Reintegration and Employment of Phitsanulok Women Correctional Institution, 2) evaluation of the operation in the  MOU of the network partners in the operation of the Center for Assistance to Reintegration and Employment of Phitsanulok Women Correctional Institution, and 3) suggestion and guidelines for the participation of the network partners in the operation of the Center for Assistance to Reintegration and Employment of Phitsanulok Women Correctional Institution. This research applied the Quantitative Research with the Survey Research. The sample was 263 people. The research instrument was the questionnaire. The statistics used frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
          Results of the Research1. Overall, the participation of the network partners in the operation of the Center for Assistance to Reintegration and Employment of Phitsanulok Women Correctional was at the high level. 2. The evaluation of the operation in the MOU of the network partners in the operation of the Center for Assistance to Reintegration and Employment of Phitsanulok Women Correctional Institution was at the high level. 3. The suggestion and guidelines for the participation of the network partners in the operation of the Center for Assistance to Reintegration and Employment of Phitsanulok Women Correctional Institution had 4 guidelines: 1) providing the specific education, 2)  providing the training to the personnel, 3) developing, and 4) the cooperation in the operation
