Role-Based Performance of Village Committees in Nong Bua Sub-District Administrative Organization Area, Mueang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to study 1) the performance of duties according to the roles of village committees in Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization. and to study 2) recommendations and guidelines for the development of the roles of village committees in Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization The sample group used in this research was 343 residents living in the village of Nong Bua Sub-district, using the formula of Taro Yamane (Ymane. 1973 : 125). It is a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts: statistics used in data analysis. are descriptive statistics, i.e. number, percentage, mean, and standard deviation for the general data of the sample. Inferential statistics were T-test and F-test for comparing the level of duty according to the role of the village committee in Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. classified by gender, age, educational level and occupation
          The results of the research were as follows: 1) The performance of duties according to the roles of the Village Committee in Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. Overall, it was at a high level ( = 3.74, SD = 0.42) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was administration and peacekeeping ( = 3.97, SD = 0.59), followed by economic promotion ( = 3.85, SD = 0.67) and the aspect with the least mean was administrative ( = 3.41, SD = 0.60) 2) the comparison of the performance of duties according to the role of the village committee in the sub-district administrative organization Nong Bua, Muang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province Classified by sex, age, education level and occupation, it was found that, overall, people with different gender, age, education level and occupation had different opinions on the performance of duties according to the role of the village committee in Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Amphoe Nong Bua. City, Nong Bua Lamphu Province and 3) recommendations and guidelines for the development of the village committee's roles in Nong Bua Sub-District Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province, namely, the performance of duties in accordance with the roles of the village committees should be punctual.
