The Use on Local Leader Election of People in the Area of Mu Mon Sub-District Administrative Organization in Mueang Udon Thani District of Udon Thani Province

Abstract

          The main objective of this research was to study the exercise of the right to elect local leaders among people in the Mu Mon Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Mueang Udon Thani District Udon Thani Province The sample group used in this research was 376 people in Mu Mon Subdistrict Administrative Organization using the formula of Taro Yamane (Ymane. 1973 : 125). It is a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts: statistics used in data analysis. are descriptive statistics, i.e. number, percentage, mean, and standard deviation for the general data of the sample. Inferential statistics were T-test and F-test for comparing the exercise of right to elect local leaders of people in Mu Mon Subdistrict Administrative Organization. classified by gender, age, education, occupation and income.
          The results of the research revealed that the exercise of the right to choose the local leaders of the people in the Mu Mon Subdistrict Administrative Organization Mueang Udon Thani District Udon Thani Province Overall, it was at the highest level ( = 4.56, S.D.= 0.37) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was political participation ( = 4.62, S.D.= 0.44), followed by Voting exercise ( = 4.58, S.D.= 0.43) and the least mean aspect was information perception ( = 4.50, S.D.= 0.44).
          Comparison results of exercising the right to elect local leaders of people in the Mu Mon Subdistrict Administrative Organization Mueang Udon Thani District Udon Thani Province classified by sex, age, education, occupation and income.
