Administration According to the Principles of Good Governance of Local Government Organizations in Nong Saeng District Udon Thani Province

Abstract
The main objectives of this research were to study the good governance of local administrative organizations in Nong Saeng District. Udon Thani Province, population of 472 people, and the samples used in this research were administrators, council members, civil servants, full-time employees and employers working in local government organizations in Nong Saeng District. using the formula of 217 people Taro Yamane. The instrument used to collect the data. It is a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts: statistics used in data analysis. are descriptive statistics, i.e. number, percentage, mean, and standard deviation for the general data of the sample. Inferential statistics, including T - test and F - test for comparing the administration according to the good governance of local administrative organizations in Nong Saeng District. Udon Thani Province classified by gender, educational background, work experience and position level.
The results of the research revealed that the administration according to the good governance of local administrative organizations in Nong Saeng District. Udon Thani Province Overall, it was at a high level ( = 3.64, S.D.= 0.36) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was the responsibility principle ( = 4.14, S.D. = 0.62), followed by the cost-effectiveness aspect. ( = 3.98, S.D.= 0.50) and the aspect with the least mean was the principle of participation ( = 3.21, S.D. = 0.26). light Udon Thani Province classified by gender, educational background, work experience and position level Overall, it was found that Employees who work with gender, educational background, work experience and different position levels It is managed in accordance with the good governance of local government organizations in Nong Saeng District. Udon Thani Province no different Proposal of guidelines for enhancing administration according to good governance of local government organizations in Nong Saeng District Udon Thani Province should publicize the regulations and laws related to the rights and duties of the people to the public thoroughly.
