A Causal Relationship Model of 21st Century Management Skills Affecting Strategic Planning of Private University Administrators

Abstract
Research article titled A causal relationship model of 21st century management skills affecting strategic planning of private university administrators in the central region. It is aimed at 1. To study the level of management skills in the 21st century of executives of private university administrators in the central region 2. To study the level of strategic planning of private university administrators in the central region 3. To analyze the causal relationship model of administrative skills in the 21st century that affects the strategic planning of private university administrators in the central region The population and samples used in the research were private university administrators. Central region group and personnel involved in 30 places, totaling 12,303 people of private universities. Therefore, the researcher used a total of 400 samples. The sample group used in this research was collected from the sample group of private university administrators. The central group and related personnel by the researcher selected a specific sample group (Purposive Sampling) using statistical structural equation modeling (Structural Equation Modeling).
The results showed that
1. The level of practice of administrative skills in the 21st century of private universities in the central region found that the level of practice of administrative skills in the 21st century in private universities The central region as a whole found that There is a high level of opinion.
2. Information about the opinions on the level of opinions about the strategic planning of the executives. Private universities in the central region, as a whole, found that their opinions were at a high level.
3. The causal relationship model of administrative skills affecting strategic planning of central group university administrators was consistent with empirical data based on chi squared value ( ) of 74.011, degree of freedom (df) of 60 The statistical significance (p-value) was 0.096.
From the study of those involved Found that there still needs to be developed in the field of communication. Because groups of people have different interests. In addition, the personnel have not been able to use the media to study and research fully. In addition, from this study, the informant group also suggested that educational technologies and innovations in all sectors should have clear communication processes in order to increase the potential of educational work processes.
