The Effectiveness Supply Management of Rajamanagala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi Suphanburi Campus

Abstract

          The purposes of the research were to study and synthesize the appropriate approaches of the supply management of Rajamanagala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi Suphanburi Campus. The sample used in this research were 120 administrators academic personal and supply staff Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumin by setting the schedule of Krejcie and Morgan and 7 Interviewing for In-depth interview by purposive sampling. The research instruments were questionnaire and In-depth interview. The data analyses were frequency, percentage, the average, and standard deviation and content analysis
          The results showed that 1) the supply management of Rajamanagala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi Suphanburi Campus was at very high level 2) the appropriate approaches for developing supply management of Rajamanagala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi Suphanburi Campus were to (1) the preparation of an annual procurement/employment plan that data should be collected to keep up to users, data should be collected to keep up with the needs of users, save time and adequate allocated budget. (2) The aspect of drafting the scope of work or detailing the specific characteristics of the parcel. The scope of work is outlined and Comparison of the characteristics of supply. (3) Procurement of supplies should encourage the staff in the procurement department to gain knowledge and the experience in sourcing regulatory parcel. (4) Supply of Inspecting should be a committee to supply inspect of duties in the inspection of supply and must know the rules and regulations of the duties and responsibilities. (5) Supervision and maintenance of supplies should be control registration and carefully prepared and (6) Dispose of supplies should be apparently organized resource and step of work according Regulation of the Ministry of Finance on Public Procurement and Supplies Administration B.E. 2560 (A.D. 2017)
