A Study of the Problems on State Budget Administration by Good Governance in the Schools under the Office of Kamphaeng Phet Secondary Educational Service Area

Abstract

          This study aimed to determine the problems of state budget administration based on principles of good governance among schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kamphaeng Phet. By using purposive sampling method, sixty-two administrators/ heads of the budget management and 32 teachers from finance department (96 in total) in academic year 2021 were participated in this study. Questionnaire was used to collect data. Statistic tools used in this study were Mean and Standard Deviation.
          Results indicated the administrators or heads of the budget management and teachers from finance department reported that, overall, the problems of state budget administration based on principles of good governance among schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kamphaeng Phet were at moderate level. By considering on each aspect, it found that financial management aspect had highest mean, followed by budget allocation aspect had average mean, and accounting administration aspect had lowest mean, respectively.
