Abstract

          The objectives of this study were to: (1) evaluate the Dhamma Studies Examination by the Wat Samian Nari Royal Temple using the CIPP Model, (2) study the problems, obstacles, and suggestions to improve the Dhamma Studies Examination by the Wat Samian Nari Royal Temple, and (3) compare personal factors affecting the assessment of context, inputs, processes, and outputs of the Dhamma Studies Examination by the Wat Samian Nari Royal Temple. The study conducted using a quantitative method, questionnaire-based survey study by accidental sampling method, used 400 people who participated in the Dhamma Studies Examination as a sample group and 0.05 level error was determined. In-depth interviews with 20 key informants were used in qualitative research.
          The findings of the study founded that (1) Context, Input, Process, and Product aspect of the Dhamma Studies Examination Project Overall, the respondents had a high average opinion (  = 3.98, SD =.927), it was discovered that the respondents had a high level of opinion in each. (2) The results of a comparative analysis of the respondents' opinions on Dhamma Studies Examination Project revealed that personal factors such as sex, age, educational level, and moral education level influenced respondents' opinions. Their opinions on the project as a whole varied depending on the number of exams and motivation. The difference was statistically significant at the .05 level, and differences in opinions were found in the Context, Input, Process, and Productivity aspect. (3) The project's implementation strength is the opportunity for the general public to have easier and more convenient access to learning about Buddhism. Learners' morality and ethics are promoted through the program. The Dharma Studies course has a lot of interesting material. It's a tool that can be used in everyday life. And the Dhamma Studies Examination Project's administration has a comprehensive examination unit that is both convenient and thorough. (4) The project's problem is that the total duration for learning Pali language is totally inadequate. During the COVID-19 situation, classroom teaching techniques are ineffective.
