Abstract

           This article aims to analyze the new government management perspective. As a guideline for the management of local government organizations, it was found that the development of the bureaucracy was the main reason for the problems of the Thai bureaucratic system that have been many and accumulated for a long time. And globalization has caused the environment both inside and outside the country to change rapidly.
