          This article aims to analyze new government management perspectives as well as suitable alternatives. with Thai social context From the study, it was found that 7 mechanisms for new government management are administration with regard to the achievements of the state's missions. efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the state's mission Reducing unnecessary procedures Improving the mission of government agencies to keep up with the situation Facilitating and responding to needs and regular monitoring and evaluation of performance This is because Thai society is a society that still lacks understanding of the management system. The public sector caused the people to have obstacles in dealing with the bureaucratic system. a new approach that is more appropriate and in line with society by modifying the method of government management to be more efficient, called good public affairs management with the goal of benefiting the happiness of the people.
