Public Administration under the New Public Service

Abstract
This academic paper aims for public administration under the new public service context. It is found that the creation of public interest in which public interest must be long-term benefits arising from mutual agreements between states (official) with citizens, not entrepreneurs with customers A new approach to public service has a focus on citizens and if the word "citizen" is mentioned, it may extend to the rights and duties that should be received. Rights and duties that should be performed and may include being under the same arts, traditions, traditions, beliefs Acquiring public interest that meets the needs of citizens Therefore, it has to go through a process of discussion, discussion, and mutual resolution. Set a common approach, not set by the elite. Therefore, the new public service concept is a service-oriented concept for the benefit of the public. focus on citizens public interest democracy Ability to take responsibility for citizens Negotiating conclusions and commitments to citizens and communities in order to truly spread that public benefit to society
