THE PROMOTION ON STUDENT AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATION IN EXTENDED PRIMARY SCHOOL UNDER KANCHANABURI EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract
The purposes of the research were 1. to study the promotion on student affairs administration in extended primary school under Kanchanaburi educational service area office 1, and 2. to compare the promotion on student affairs administration in extended primary school under Kanchanaburi educational service area office 1 classified by working experience. The sample consisted of 256 teachers in extended schools under Kanchanaburi educational service area office 1, obtained by disproportionate stratified random sampling according to educational area. A constructed 5-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity of 1.00 and reliability of 0.98 as a tool to collect data. The statistics employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The data were treated with one-way analysis of variance and found the difference of means, and paired test were carried out according to Scheffe’s method.The results of the study were as follows: 1. The promotion on student affairs administration in extended primary school under Kanchanaburi educational service area office 1, the overall practiced was at a high level when considering each aspect. It was found that the practice was at a high level in all aspects. Sorted in order of average value is the evaluation of the student affairs operation, the promotion of democracy in school and the promotion and development of the student discipline morality and ethics. 2. The comparison promotion on student affairs administration in extended primary school under Kanchanaburi educational service area office 1, classified by working experience, in overall and each, there were statistically significant differences found that teachers of 5-10 years and more than 11 years of working experience. They had a higher level of the opinion about the promotion on student affairs administration than at least 5 years working experience.
