NEED ASSESSMENT FOR THE PRINCIPAL’S SKILLS IN THE COVID PREDICAMENT OF THE SCHOOLS UNDER PHETCHABUN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

          The purposes of this study were : 1) to investigate the needs assessment for the principal’s skills in the Covid predicament of the school under phetchabun primary educational service area office 2, and 2) to arrange the needs assessment for the principal’s skills in the Covid predicament of the school under phetchabun primary educational service area office 2. The sample consisted of  78 school administrators in phetchabun primary educational service area office 2
          A result of this study was found in the following aspects. 1. The needs assessment for the principal’s skills in the Covid predicament of the school under phetchabun primary educational service area office 2, in overall, desirable circumstance was rated at the highest level while the authentic circumstance was rated at the high level2.The rating of needs assessment for the principal’s skills in the Covid predicament of the school under phetchabun primary educational service area office 2 were: (1) communication skill (2) Critical and creative thinking skill (3) Personal management skills (4) Technological and digital literacy skills (5) Organizational management skills (6) Setting instructional direction skill.
