Driving the Wat (temple), Pracha (people), Rat (State) for Happiness Creation Project of the Sangha in Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract

          The objectives of the research were as follows: 1) to study the process of driving for Happiness Creation Project; 2) to study the relationship of Iddhipada 4 and the process of driving the project; and 3) To propose development guidelines for driving the project. This study was a mixed methods research consisting of the qualitative and quantitative research. For qualitative research, population was temples, representatives of the local government organization, and representative villagers of 377 people who participated Statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Qualitative research was done by in-depth interview with key informants by using descriptive content analysis technique and interpretation.
          The results showed that: 1) On the aspect of the process of driving the Wat (temple), Pracha (people), Rat (State) for Happiness Creation Project of the Sangha in Nakhon Sawan Province, it was found that the driving process of the project according to Iddhipada was overall at a high level. The side of driving, the project according to the principles of administration, overall, it was at a high level 2) The relationship of Iddhipada 4 and the process of driving the Wat (temple), Pracha (people), Rat (State) for Happiness Creation Project of the Sangha in Nakhon Sawan Province found that there was a high level of positive correlation. The correlation coefficient (r = 0.755) was statistically significant at the 0.01 level. 3) Development guidelines to drive the Wat (temple), Pracha (people), Rat (State) for Happiness Creation Project of the Sangha in Nakhon Sawan Province found that 1) policy announcement 2) committee designation 3) training 4) surveying the area, making temple plans and analyzing the area for development; 5) prepare an improvement plan; 6) take action; and 7) summarize the operating results.
