Teacher’s Digital Leadership in Bannsamkong Municipal School at Mueang District, Phuket Province

Abstract

          The purposes of this study aimed to 1) digital leadership of Digital Leadership of the teachers, Bannsamkong Municipal School, Phuket Province 2) to raise the recommendations to improve or enhance digital leadership of the teachers, Ban Sam Kong Municipal School Phuket Province; Using a questionnaire, the data were collected from a total of 48 teachers. The data were then analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, and mean. The results of this research are as follows.
          There are 3 components of digital leadership which are 1) to be adaptive and to facilitate learning environment in Digital Education 2) to adapt the laws and regulations concerning Digital Culture and Mindset 3) to adopt digital visions and utilize Disruptive Technologies. The study also found that the overall digital leadership of these school teachers was at medium level.  In each category, 1) to be adaptive and to facilitate learning environment in Digital Education was at high level 2) to adapt the laws and regulations concerning Digital Culture and Mindset was at low level 3) to adopt digital visions and utilize Disruptive Technologies were low.
