People's Participation in Local Development of Na An Subdistrict Administrative Organization Mueang Loei District, Loei Province

Abstract

          The main objective of this research was to study people's participation in local development of Na An Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Mueang Loei District, Loei Province 388 people living in Na'an Subdistrict Administrative Organization for over 388 years using Taro Yamane's formula, a tool used for data collection. It is a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts: statistics used in data analysis. are descriptive statistics, i.e. number, percentage, mean, and standard deviation for the general data of the sample. Inferential statistics were T-test and F-test. People's participation in local development of Na An Subdistrict Administrative Organization. classified by gender, age, educational level and occupation.
          The results showed that People's Participation in Local Development of Na An Subdistrict Administrative Organization Overall, it was at a high level ( = 3.84, SD = 0.42) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was the aspect of participation in decision-making ( = 4.30, SD = 0.37) and the aspect with the highest mean value. The least average was in terms of participation in receiving benefits ( = 3.45, SD = 0.78). Classified by sex, age, education level and occupation, it was found that overall people with different sexes, ages, educational levels and occupations Participation in the local development of Na An Subdistrict Administrative Organization no different which is not in accordance with the assumptions set As for the recommendations for the development of people's participation in the local development of Na An Subdistrict Administrative Organization, namely, there should be a survey of problems. trouble and the needs of the people for the development of the strategic plan of the Na An Subdistrict Administrative Organization.
