Transformational Leadership Use of Technology in School Administration as Wadyokkrabat( Chubrat Nusorn)School, Ban Phaeo District, Samut Sakhon Province

Abstract

          This study aims to study Leadership level, change in technology use and compare leadership, change in technology use to management. Wadyokkrabat( Chubrat Nusorn)school. Ban Phaeo District Samut Sakhon Province consists of having ideological influence or creating prestige. In terms of inspiration in stimulating the use of intelligence and in regards to individuality.
          The population used select all the study was Educational personnel of Wadyokkrabat( Chubrat Nusorn)school. Ban Phaeo District Samut Sakhon Province, 33 people. The instrument used as an estimation questionnaire The results generated by the study had the corresponding index of 0.60 – 1.00 and the mean confidence in the whole version was 0.99. The statistics used in the data analysis in the study. These are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and the f-test and the double-difference test using the Scheffe' method..
          The purposes of this research were to study the levels of transformational leadership  use of technology, and comparing transformational leadership  use of technology in school administration. Overall, it was at a moderate level. when considering each aspect It was found that the first place was the aspect of having ideological influence or the creation of prestige, followed by the aspect of creating inspiration. The aspect of intellectual stimulation and lastly is the aspect of individuality. According to the results of the comparison in pairs by the method of chef (scheffe') classified by type of management, it was found that educational personnel academic work with The general administration was not significantly different at the 0.05 level in all aspects.
