The Integration of the Sappurisadhamma in Educational Administration of Schools

Abstract

          The objective of this journal was to study the integration of the Sappurisadhamma (virtue of the righteous) in the educational administration of the schools. The result of the analysis found that the integration of the Sappurisadhamma in the educational administration of the schools in 4 aspects: the academic administration, the budgeting administration, the personnel administration and the general administration would make the people to the perfect people, make the advantages to themselves and the society, and lead the people, the society and the nation to the peace and the progress.
