Participation in Educational Quality Assurance Administration of Educational Personnel at Wat Songtham School, Phanatnikhom District, Chonburi Province

Abstract

          This study is a survey research to study the level of participation in educational quality assurance administration of educational personnel at Wat Songtham School. Phanatnikhom District, Chonburi Province, and to use the results of the study to present to the administrators in the administration of educational quality assurance in the preparation of the educational management development plan of the educational administration and information system Regarding the implementation of the plan for educational management development and monitoring of quality of education by personal factors such as gender, age, education level and work experience
          The population used in the study is educational personnel at Wat Songtham School. Phanatnikhom District, Chonburi Province, 30 people by choosing a specific. The tools used in the study were the statistical questionnaire used in data analysis was percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study showed that participation in the administration of educational quality assurance of Educational personnel at Wat Songtham School, Phanatnikhom District, Chonburi Province, in the overall picture, considerably when considering each aspect. Followed by monitoring educational quality plan development, management of the school and the final ranking is to organize and manage information.
