A Study of Instructional Leadership of School Administers under Office of Kamphaengphet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The research was aimed to investigate the instructional leadership of school administrators under Kamphaengphet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.The participants in this research were 184 schools under Kamphaengphet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The 125 samples were randomly selected by using the stratified sampling technique. The questionnaire was employed to collect the data of the instructional leadership rating scales.
The findings of the study showed that (1) there was a high contribution of the instructional leadership towards school administrators under the Kamphaengphet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The top three aspect of average ranking was as follows: defining mission was ranked in the highest, promoting a positive school climate was slightly above the moderate level, and managing the instructional program was the least respectively, (2) there was also a significant mean difference when considering each mission as follows: school targeting was the highest, the development and enhancing academic standards was in the moderate level, and the supervision and evaluation of teaching was the least respectively.
