Abstract

          This research study is to study the legal aspects of the National Council for the Promotion and Development of the Quality of Life of Persons with Disabilities to determine the assistance, promotion and support and development of the disabled for government agencies. and to issue legal measures on the rights and liberties of people with disabilities as well as to study the guidelines for the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court Analysis of legal issues along with appropriate solutions to guide the problem. and recommendations on subordinate legislation, as well as a comparative study of existing laws in Thailand compared to foreign laws By the research study in this research study. Use documentary research methods by researching documents in both Thai and foreign languages, as well as researching relevant information. with the rule of law, the rule of law, the principle of equality equality and the elimination of discrimination as well as legal texts Academic articles in the field of law and other related fields of study in the university's library. and of various institutions, including information obtained from electronic research that appear on the network to be analyzed and used to solve legal problems
