Factors Affecting Administrative Success To International Standards Schools of Schools Under the Office of Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

          This research aims to 1. Study the factors affecting the success of the world class standard school management of the school in Uttaradit primary educational service area office 2. 2. Study the ways to succeed the world class standards school management in Uttaradit primary educational service area office 2. This is a qualitative research which considers having 24 educational personnel and teachers of world class standard standards school populations in Uttaradit primary educational service area office 2. The methodologies of this research are in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and descriptive analysis.
          The results revealed that:
          1. Organizational management factors: Directors should have vision which is based on world class standard schools, use the quality management system and have the ability to use technology to communicate and manage. 2. Strategic planning factors: teachers should realize and understand the strategic plan of world class standard schools in order to achieve the strategic objective. 3. Learners and service recipients factors: students should be diligent, studious, have good morals and ethical minds and be creative. Moreover, parents should support and cooperate with the school’s activities. 4. The personnel factors: Teachers should be talented and specialized people. In addition, teachers can use technology for teaching, and being a good ethical teacher. 5. Management factors: the school should have the quality management system; a variety of classroom and learning resources which have a good atmosphere for the service recipients. Moreover, the school should provide an adequate and modern media center to encourage students to have a love of reading and the students should achieve academic excellence.
