A Study an Operating the Conditions of Teachers to Supervise and Organize a Learning Experiences and Playing for early childhood development According the Standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center as Child Development Center in Local Government Organization, Phitsanulok Province

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the operating conditions of teachers/ caregivers in caring for and organizing learning and play experiences to develop early childhood according to the standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center of the Child Development Center under the local government organization Phitsanulok Province. The sample group included chiefs of child development centers and teachers who took care of children under the local government organization Phitsanulok Province. 234 people were obtained by simple random sampling. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire, the operating conditions of teachers/caregivers in child care and arrange experience learning and playing to develop early childhood according to the standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center of the Child Development Center under the local government organization Phitsanulok Province, and the statistics for Data analysis to analyzed by using mean and standard deviation.
The results showed that the overall performance operations of teachers/ caregivers in caring for and organizing learning and play experiences for early childhood development according to the standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center of the Child Development Center under the local government organization Phitsanulok Province was at a high level ( = 4.17, S.D.= 0.43). Highest average aspect of promoting the development of bodies at level of high levelsdevelopment of the body ( = 4.29, S.D.= 0.41). The aspect with the least mean was the aspect of promoting transitional children to adapt to the next stage of connectivity ( = 4.00, S.D= 0.49) The operation was at a high level.
