The Study of Administration of Child Development Centers According to National Standard for Early Childhood Care Under the Local Government Organization, Phitsanulok Province

Abstract

          The objective of the study was to study the conditions of Administration of Child Development Centers According to National standard for Early Childhood Care Under the Local Government Organization, Phitsanulok Province . The sample consisting of the personnel under the head of child development center and child care teachers under the local government organization, Phitsanulok Province obtained by total of 211. The data were collected by using a Rating Scale questionnaire about the conditions of Administration of Child Development Centers According to National standard in Standard 1 and total 5 side were the follow 1) The Systematic Management 2)The Personnel Management 3) The Management of Environment for Safety 4) The Management of Health Promotion and Learning and 5) The Encouragement in the Involvement of family and community, and the statistics for data analysis were means and standard deviations.
          The results showed that Management conditions according to the standards of the National Early Childhood Development Center of the Child Development Center under the local government organization Phitsanulok Province Overall, it was at a high level   = 4.44 and S.D. = 0.35 The side with the highest mean is Management to promote health and learning followed by the promotion of family and community participation. Environmental management for safety Personnel Management and systematic management, respectively.
