Administration According to the Good Governance Principles of Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization Muang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province

Abstract

          The main objectives of this research were to study the good governance of Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. The sample group used in this research was the population living in Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Using the formula of Taro Yamane (Ymane. 1973: 125), 375 people were obtained. Statistics used in data analysis are descriptive statistics, i.e. number, percentage, mean, and standard deviation for the general data of the sample. The inferential statistics were T-test and F-test for comparing the administration according to the good governance of Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. classified by gender, age, educational level and occupation.
          The results of the findings were as follows :
          Administration according to the principles of good governance of Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province Overall, it was at a high level ( = 3.71, SD = 0.59) and when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was the responsibility principle ( = 3.91, SD = 0.87), followed by the participation principle. ( = 3.87, SD = 0.83) and the aspect with the least mean was the transparency principle ( = 3.35, SD = 0.91).
          Comparison of administration according to good governance of Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province classified by gender, age, educational level and occupation. The occupations were significantly different at the 0.05 level. In terms of sex, age, and education level. no different.
          Recommendations on the management approach according to the good governance of Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province, namely, campaigning and encouraging the use of moral principles for good management and performance. by organizing training to create awareness in the office and community in Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization give more in order to help strengthen the context of morality in today's society.
