The Development of Manual on Quality Assurance Information System of Schools in Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

          This research aims at investigating three objectives of the quality assurance information system of schools in Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office II: working conditions and problems, manual development, and developmental evaluation manual. The population used in this study were 165 of Quality Assurance Education Specialists, Educational Administrators, and teachers who responsible for the school’s educational quality assurance. In addition, questionnaires and records of the focus group discussion were used as the research instruments. The statics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
          The finding found that first of all, the operating conditions overall were at a moderate level. Indeed, the results revealed that the highest average was the preparation of student’s work or project. In the other hand, the lowest average was the information preparation according to basic education standards. Next, the working problems were totally at a maximum level which showing he results that the highest average was the preparation for the information according to basic education standards, but the lowest average was the preparation of student’s work or project. The composition of developing manual was Introduction of quality assurance information system and guidelines for preparing data or evidence based information. The developmental assessment manual of quality assurance information system of schools were at a maximum level. Considering the finding that the highest average were aspect of utilization, content of a manual and language use, respectively.
