Lesson Learned on the Success of Learning Quality Management to World-Class Standard School : Multiple Case Studies Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 39

Abstract

          The objective of this research was to draw up the lesson learnt from the success of educational quality management to World-Class standard school, multi-case study under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 39.
          This research was a qualitative and quantitative method. The tools of this research were interview and structured questionnaire. The populations used in the interview were specific chosen from 12 people consisting of 5 school administrators, 2 heads of academic department, 3 network parents, 2 heads of the School Board. The actual population in the questionnaire was 165 people.  The analysis interview data used content analysis. The questionnaire was analyzing with mean and standard deviation.
          The research revealed as follow
          The opinions in interviewing from 12 people consisting of 5 school administrators, 2 heads of academic department, 3 network parents, and 2 heads of the School Board were agreed about the Success Factors of Educational Quality Management to World-Class standard school. It consisted of 5 factors: 1. Administration 2. Parents and community 3. Students 4. Teachers and Education Personnel and 5. Management. Every factor was leading to drive the World-Class standard school achievement.
          The opinions of 165 people who answered the questionnaire of Quality System Management in World-Class standard school, multi-case study revealed that there were the following components including 1. Leading the Organization ( ,2. Strategic Planning , 3.Learner and Stakeholder Focus ,4. Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management  , 5. Personnel Focus  and 6. Process Management  The fifth component, Personnel Focus, had the highest average level.
