The Administration Among Participative Network in the Management of Non-Formal and Informal Education in Pua District, Nan Province

Abstract

          The objectives of this research aimed to 1) study the current circumstance among the management of participative networks of non-formal and informal education centers in Pua District, Nan Province 2) study the guidelines for the administration of participative network among the management of non-formal and informal education in Pua District, Nan Province. The population used in this research was 200 people, there were. For the research tool, there was an open-ended questionnaire on current circumstances in the administration of participative networks among non-formal and informal education management in Pua District, Nan Province. The study examined 4 components that consist of 1) participatory for planning 2) participatory for organizing operations 3) participatory for leading 4) participatory for controlling. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.
          The results of the research were as follows
          1.The current circumstance of participative network administration in organizing non-formal and informal education in Pua District, Nan Province in overall, the practice was a moderate level with mean 3.34, and the problems from operation was a low level with mean 2.50.  
          2.The guidelines for the administration of participative network among the management of non-formal and informal education in Pua District, Nan Province in 4 aspects were included 1) planning, there was should allow network to participate in planning and formulating policies in educational management with administrators and teachers 2) Organizing, should provide opportunities for network to express opinions on the duties of teachers in sub-district Informal education. There was an order to improve teacher development and promote activities in a concrete manner 3) leadership, there was allowed people in the community to participate in expressing opinions in various activities along with Informal education organized such as basic education activities, career development, life skills development, social and community development, educational activities at leisure 4) the controlling should participate in the planning of supervision, monitoring and evaluation according to the project plan, obligation and designing guidelines for the preparation of supervision for informal education.
