Guidelines of Educational Management on Distance Education via Satellite (NEW DLTV) of the Small Size Schools under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to study 1) The current condition, desirable condition for the management of remote education via satellite (NEW DLTV) of small school under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Education Service Area, Region 5.  2) Propose guidelines for the management of remote education via satellite (NEW DLTV) of small school under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area, Region 5. This study is the survey research. 222 administrators and teachers by stratified random sampling. The research tools were questionnaires and interview forms. Collect information manually. The data were analyzed by using averages. standard deviation and the required demand indicators.
          The results of the research were as follows: 1) Current and desirable conditions The overall current situation is at a very high level. Overall desirable condition was at the highest level. 2) Guidelines for remote education management via satellite (NEW DLTV) of small educational institutions. Under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area District 5, needs can be sorted as follows: (1) Evaluation and Improvement (2) Driving and Strengthening (3) Supervision and Monitoring (4) Learning Management and (5) policy formulation
