The Guidelines of Sexuality Education Management for Opportunity Expansion School under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

          This research aims were 1) to study the state of the management of sexuality education in the opportunity expansion school affiliated with Phitsanulok Primary Education Services Area office 3, and 2) to study the guidelines of sexuality education management practice in the opportunity expansion school affiliated with Phitsanulok. Primary Education Services Area office 3. There are four guiding elements; academic, fiscal, personal and general management. The population used in the research is school administrator, academic teachers, guidance teachers and health education teachers, 100 people in the opportunity expansion school total 25 schools by using mixed- use research method (methodology) between quantitative data collection with questionnaires and qualitative data with group conversations. The statistical treatment used for analyses were percentage (X %), mean and standard deviation (S.D.) Analysis data obtained from interviews by content analysis.
          Analysis revealed that the state of the management of sexuality education in the opportunity expansion school affiliated with Phitsanulok Primary Education Services Area office 3 all four guides at a high level. As for the guidelines of sexuality education management practice in the opportunity expansion school affiliated with Phitsanulok Primary Education Services Area office 3. In term of academic administration, the educational institutions support teachers to develop their skills continuously for receiving training on using of media, technology and innovation. Budget management planned and makes projects, activities together.  Human Resources Department creates school networks, parents, communities, related organizations to join the operation. General administration provides opportunities for administrators, teachers, students, parents, communities to express their opinions in various channels such as Facebook and Line and builds confidence and trust in of the management of sexuality education.
