Factors Affecting the Success of Informal Eduaction Administration of Non-Formal and Informal Education Office, Uttaradit Province

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to study the level of factors affecting the success of informal education  and factors affecting the success of informal education. The population in this research consisted of 108 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using frequency distribution , percentage , mean , standard deviation and multiple regressions.
          The results showed that
          1) The overall opinion of the Administration level of Informal education was a high level and 4.23 in average. When considered each item, it was found that the most informal education management factor by the factor operational policy focus, the mean of 4.43. Moreover, there were followed by the personnel factor and network participation was mean 4.38 and 4.23 in respectively.
          2) Factors affecting the success of this organization were high level. There were six factors including, the personnel factors, budget factors, media-materials-equipment factors, environmental factors, operational policy focus and network participation factors. The factors with the highest average are policy factors, operational focus. Followed by the media- materials- equipment and network participation factors. At the same time, the primary variable and the dependent variable were found to be related to all factors and significantly at the .05 level.
