Abstract

          The purpose of this research is to study and compare teachers' satisfaction towards the administration of the administrators of Muang Bang Pu School Group. Samut Prakan Province Under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area Samut Prakan District 1 The population used in this study was the teachers of Muang Bang Pu School. Samut Prakan Province with a total of 297 people. The sample used in the study was the teachers of Muang Bang Pu School. Samut Prakan Province Under the supervision of the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the number of 167 persons. The tool used for data collection was a questionnaire with a 5-level estimation scale. This research was a survey research. Compare the opinions of teachers using t - test (Independent Sample t - test) when comparing only 2 variables, but if comparing 3 or more variables, use One Way Analysis of Variance.
