The Opinions of Teachers Towards the Management of the School Administrators in Benjaburapha School Consortium Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
This survey research aimed to study and compare the opinions of teachers towards the management of the school administrators in Benjaburapha School Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by the teacher’s educational levels and work experiences.The sample of 242 teachers in Benjaburapha School Consortium under the Secondary Educational service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2020. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire which the IOC were between 0.60-1.00. and the value of Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient was .96. The data analyzed through the descriptive statistic, t-test and One Way Analysis of Variance.
The findings were as follows: 1) The Opinions of Teachers towards the management of the school administrators in Benjaburapha School Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at high level. Considered each dimension of the opinion, all of them were also at high level. 2) The opinions of the teachers who differed in educational levels towards the management of the school administrators in Benjaburapha School Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 for both the overall and each dimension had no differences. 3)The opinions of the teachers who differed in work experiences towards the he management of the school Administrators in Benjaburapha School Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 for both the overall and each dimension had no differences.
