Abstract
The purpose of this research aimed to study and compare to School Administrators Characteristics in The 21st Century According the Opinions of Witayaprakarn Campus United Teachers under Samutprakarn Secondary Educational Service Area office, 6. Classified by educational background and work experience. The research samples were the teachers in the United Campus Wittayaprakarn under Samutprakarn Secondary Educational service Area 6 in academic year of 2020 were 234 the sample size was determinded formula and then randomly sampling the landscape according to the proportion of each school the research instrument was random sampling method. The research instrument was 40 questions of 5 scale questionnaire with the reliability of .98. The data were analysis of finding variance and standard deviation the study level was compared by statistical analysis (t-test) and work experience using (one-way ANOVA) Differences of an average was analyzed based on Scheffe’s methods.
A result of this study was found in the following aspects.
1) The aforementioned characteristics in general were rated at high level ranging in descending order as follows: Moral and ethical, Innovative thinking, Information and communication, Vision and leadership. 2) the comparison showed that there was difference in aforementioned characteristics of school administrators in 21st century in overall and considering each aspect at significance level .05 but the use Information and communication, Moral and ethic it had no difference. 3) the comparison showed that there was a difference in aforementioned characteristics of school administrators in 21st century in overall and considering each aspect at significance level .05 but the use Information and communication it had no difference.
