The Satisfaction of Teachers Toward Internal Supervision in Ratchayothin School Cluster under the Secondary school educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
This research aimed to study and compare the satisfaction of teachers toward internal supervision in Ratchayothin school cluster, under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 ; classified by education level and work experience. The samples were teachers in the Ratchayothin school cluster, under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 in academic year 2020. The sample size was 241 teachers by using Cohen’s table, selected with stratified and simple random sampling. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity between 0.20-1.00, reliability at 0.982 by Cronbach's alpha coefficient method. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the Scheffe’s pair comparison at a statistical significance of .05
Findings are as follows:
1. The satisfaction of teachers toward internal supervision in Ratchayothin school cluster, under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, over all and each aspect at a high level.
2. The teachers with different educational level were satisfied toward internal supervision in Ratchayothin school cluster, under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, over all and each aspect were not different.
3. The teachers with different work experience were satisfied toward internal supervision in Ratchayothin school cluster, under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Overall and each aspect was not different except planning. There was statistically significant at the .05 level,with teachers with less than 5 years of work experience were more satisfied than teachers with between 5-10 years of work experience.
