Satisfaction of Teachers Towards the Guidance of the Ratchayothin School Cluster under Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office 2

Abstract
This research is aimed to study and compare the satisfaction of teachers towards the guidance of the Ratchayothin School Cluster under Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office 2; classified by education level and work experience. The samples in this research are teachers in the Ratchayothin School cluster under Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the academic year 2020. The sample size was calculated using Cohen’s table, selected by proportional stratified random sampling and simple random sampling, which included 241 teachers. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire with 35 items. The test of accuracy found on index of item objective congruence (IOC) between .80-1.00. Conbrach’s alpha coefficient of .95. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and the Scheffe’s pair comparison at a statistical significance of .05.
The results of the research showed that: The overall and individual satisfaction of teachers towards the guidance of the Ratchayothin school cluster under Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 were at a high level. The overall and individual satisfaction of teachers with different education levels towards the guidance of the Ratchayothin school cluster under Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, was not significantly different. The overall and individual satisfaction of teachers with different work experience under the guidance of the Ratchayothin school cluster under Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 , was not significantly different.
