The Academic Administration Based on the Virtue of Great Assistance of Educational Institutions under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the condition of the academic administration based on the virtues of great assistance; 2) to present the guideline for the academic administration based on the virtues of great assistance of the educational institutions under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 1. This study was carried out by means of the mixed method research. In the quantitative research, 322 samples were selected to respond the created questionnaire. The basic statistics were used to analyze the obtained data. For the qualitative research, the target group included 6 school administrators and teachers, selected by purposive sampling to respond the interview. In this process, the content analysis was used to find the research conclusion.
The research results were as follows:
1) The mean score of the condition of the academic administration based on the virtue of great assistance of the educational institutions under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 1 in overall was at a moderate level ( = 3.04, S.D. = .36). The highest score was seen in the studied aspect of ‘Educational Supervision’ ( = 3.05, S.D. = .35), followed by ‘Assessment and Evaluation’ ( = 3.04, S.D. = .38), ‘Curriculum Management’ ( = 3.04, S.D. = .34) and ‘Learning Management’ ( = 3.02, S.D. = .35) respectively.
2) Suggestions for academic administration based on the virtue of great assistance of the educational institutions under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 1 are as follows: 1) Curriculum Management: the educational establishments should survey needs of community, parents and students to develop their curriculums; 2) Teaching Management: educational institutions should develop a learning management plan to suit learners and encourage teachers to analyze learners; 3) Assessment and Evaluation: educational institutions should promote evaluation work to have an electronic database and establish regulations in line with OBEC; 4) Educational Supervision: educational institutions should clearly document the supervision manual and set up a supervisory calendar and there should be a study visit on the internal supervision system.
