The Teacher's Opinions on Factors Affecting the Success of the Instructional Supervision of Teachers in Wangthonglang Subdistrict Schoolsunder the Secondary Education Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study investigate and compare the teacher’s opinions on factors affecting the success of the instructional supervision of teachers in wangthonglang subdistrict schools under the secondary education service area office 2. The study sample consisted of 234 teachers who worked in wangthonglang subdistrict schools, under the secondary education service area office 2 in academic year 2020, were categorized according to level of education, work experience and supervision training experience. The research instrument of this study was questionnaire. Data were collected and analyzed using percentage, mean, standard division, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method This questionnaire reliability was 0.989.
A result of this study was found in the following aspects.
1) The overall teachers’ opinion about factors affecting the success of the instructional supervision of teachers in wangthonglang subdistrict schools under the secondary education service area office 2 was at high level, considering each dimension of the opinion, all of them were also at high level. 2) When comparing teachers’ opinion about factors affecting the success of the instructional supervision of teachers in wangthonglang subdistrict schools under the secondary education service area office 2, it was found that: There was no difference of opinion about factors affecting the success of the instructional supervision of teachers among teachers with different educational level, both in each dimension and the overall opinion. 3) Generally, opinion factors affecting the success of the instructional supervision of teachers among teachers from different supervision training experience was found to be different at a significant level of 0.05, in each dimension and the overall opinion, only the opinion about the learning management was no difference. 4) Generally, opinion factors affecting the success of the instructional supervision of teachers among teachers from different work experience was found to be different at a significant level of 0.05
