The Conceptual Principles of Youth Counseling

Abstract
This article presents the concept of counseling based on the principles of Bhāvanā, and the application of prayer to solve the ethical problems of youth. This investigation applied documentary research exploring the Tipiṭaka, the Atthakathā, the Tīkā, the related books, and researches. They were synthesized and briefed for a descriptive presentation. The research results were found that Ideas about mentoring Consisting of Samatha Bhāvanā and Vipassana Bhāvanā. These two principles focus on the mentee to strengthen their minds. Concentrate on facing the problems and suffering he has been experiencing and considered the truth with wisdom be aware of your thoughts and do not let passion overwhelm in particular, having a consciousness of morality which is the norm of the goodness of Buddhists, Bhāvanā can be used to resolve ethical problems of youth. It is the process of governing the physical, verbal, and mental behavior which is the basic ethics of humanity, and is a measure of physical, mental, emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
